Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original designer packaging, including all certificates of authenticity, appraisal documents, and the original sales receipt.

  Ship Securely

  Affix the provided prepaid insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and security tags, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
